Mr. Quinn Salmon graduated from Millsaps College with a Bachelor¹s degree in Business with a Finance concentration in 2008. He then obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Millsaps College in 2009. From there, he attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, from which he graduated with a Juris Doctorate and Degree in Comparative Law in 2012. Mr. Salmon joined HPS in 2017. Prior to working at HPS, Mr. Salmon practiced law for 5 years at Ottinger Hebert, LLC focusing his practice primarily on oil and gas transactional work, including writing title opinions, negotiation of leases, surface use agreements, drafting operating agreements and due diligence work, as well as oil and gas litigation and environmental litigation. As a petroleum landman, Mr. Salmon has experience with due diligence, curative, lease acquisition, and right-of-way acquisitions. Mr. Salmon is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Lafayette Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen, and the Houston Association of Professional Landmen.
