Mr. Gerald Broussard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Southwestern Louisiana. He began working part-time for HPS in 1985 while attending college, and upon graduation in 1988, he assumed a full-time landman position. He has worked in many states including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado and North Dakota. Mr. Broussard is a member of the AAPL, LAPL, HAPL, WHAPL, IRWA, and TREC. In his 34 years with HPS, Mr. Broussard has managed projects including Due Diligence, Lease Acquisition, Abstracting, Curative, 3D, Right of Way Acquisition, Real Estate transactions, Damage Settlements and Surface Restoration. He is extremely knowledgeable in the preparation of division orders and net revenue calculations. Mr. Broussard has a keen ability to manage large projects and is able to provide our clients with the necessary support for any and all phases of their projects.
